SCORESHEET INSTRUCTIONS / HOME TEAM RESPONSIBILITY: |

FAX or EMAIL game results to the appropriate statistician
within 24 hours. If faxing, fax the original scoresheet. If emailing
results, please include home and visitor names, goals scored for each,
and any game misconducts or match penalties. MAIL top copy of the
scoresheet to the appropriate statistician within 5 days. REPORT any
game misconducts, match penalties, or any other serious infractions to
the PAHL V.P. of Discipline within 48 hours of the game. |
