Roster Submissions

 
 

Initial Roster Submissions:

 
Associations are to submit their preliminary team rosters no later than September 1 or two weeks after their tryouts are complete, whichever is earlier.
 
Each association has been provided with an Excel Spreadsheet on which to submit their rosters.  Rosters are to be submitted ELECTRONICALLY.
 
If your organization does not have a copy of this spreadsheet, or if you have misplaced your copy, please email Jill Harmon for another copy.
 
 
 
 

Roster Changes

 
 

Roster Changes up through final placement meeting: 

 
  1. Roster changes can be submitted at anytime during the pre-season.   
     
  2. Both additions and deletions should be submitted.  This is EXTREMELY important during the fluid off-season roster adjustment period.    
     
  3. The PAHL Website entry program has been disabled.  
        Roster changes should be submitted via EMAIL ONLY  in the following format:  
        Subject Line of Email:  Roster Change - [name of association]   
        Text of email should include:   Player Name and date of birth  
 
  • Addition or deletion
  • Date added to team 
  • Age division, level of team
  •  Playing experience (if not PAHL in 2006-07) 
 
  4. Emails should be sent to:  
        harmonjs@gmail.com, COPY TO  mgtappe@hotmail.com    
        (NOTE ADDITION OF A CC this year)  
     
  Roster Changes after final placement meeting  
  1. Roster changes must be submitted by Wednesday, midnight to be eligible to play in the coming weekend's games  
     
  2. Please be sure to email any roster deletions as well as deletions.   
     
  3. The PAHL Website entry program has been disabled.  
        Roster changes should be submitted via EMAIL ONLY  in the following format:  
        Subject Line of Email:  Roster Change - [name of association]   
        Text of email should include:   Player Name and date of birth  
 
  • Addition or deletion
  • Date added to team 
  • Age division, level of team
  •  Playing experience (if not PAHL in 2006-07) 
 
  4. Unless you hear differently before 5 pm on Friday, you can assume the player has been approved for weekend play.
